International Mass Our Annual International Mass Sunday15th September 10.30am at St John’s Catholic Comprehensive School. Please do let us know if you are able to help in any way. There is now a clipboard for anyone who would like to make a donation of food, drink, disposable items etc. 10.30am Mass that day will be moved to the Comprehensive; there will be no 9.30am Mass at Denton.
Baptism We welcome into our parish family Ebubechukwu David Chigozie-Agwuncha who was baptized this weekend. Application forms for Baptism are available from the back of the Church or the parish office. Families need to attend a talk before the baptism. Jubilee Year 2025 Pope Francis has announced that 2025 will be a year of Jubilee – an event that happens every 25 years. The theme for the upcoming Jubilee is “Pilgrims of Hope”. The Jubilee Year will begin with the opening of the Holy Door of St. Peter’s Basilica on Christmas Eve 2024. We will be speaking about our parish plans later in the year. We will

Beginning Experience Weekend Beginning Experience is a special residential weekend programme for widowed, separated and divorced people, which helps participants with natural feelings of grief and loss. The weekend is led by trained volunteers, who have experienced having to adjust to life as single people again. Sick/housebound Please contact the parish office and let us know of neighbours/family members who are unable to come to Church and would like to receive Communion or call 07405803862. We remember in our prayers those who are sick, housebound or in hospital & those who care for them and their families. Please, when on admission in the hospital or care home, volunteer the information of your faith as you won’t be asked ordinarily.
