Consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary
25/03/2022 @ 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Our Lady, at Fatima in the early 20th century, asked for Russia to be consecrated to her Immaculate Heart. Russia would then be converted and there would be peace. Many things have happened over the years, with consecrations having taken place in a form which some question.
His Holiness Pope Francis has announced that in communion with all the bishops of the world he will consecrate Russia and Ukraine (which was back at the time of the request part of a larger Russia) to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This will happen today at 4pm UK time, being 5pm Rome time. At the same time Archbishop John Wilson will do likewise at Southwark Cathedral.
We are being in communion with this request, and will hold a service at 6pm, followed by the Rosary for peace.
There will be Stations of the Cross following at 6:30pm
