Sick/housebound Please contact the parish office and let us know of neighbours/family members who are unable to come to Church and would like to receive Communion or call 07405803862. We remember in our prayers those who are sick, housebound or in hospital & those who care for them and their families. Please, when on admission in the hospital or care home, volunteer the information of your faith as you won’t be asked ordinarily.
MSP Youth Event MSP is inviting young people for a social and spiritual experience that includes sports, singing, games and prayers at St John’s Comprehensive School on Saturday 2nd August from 10.30am to 5pm.

Next week: A second collection for Sella Maris – a Catholic charity supporting seafarers worldwide. They provide practical and pastoral care to all seafarers with Port chaplains and volunteer ship visitors at more than 250 ports. Modern seafarer life can be dangerous and lonely separated from their families. Stella Maris relies on wholly voluntary contributions.
Thank you for your continued generosity and to those people who pay by standing order and contactless. Thanks also to our parishioners who have signed up for Gift Aid, increasing their donations by 25% at no extra cost to them.

Baptism We welcome into our parish family Jacqueline Buncikova Sidelkova and Luca Faro who were baptized this weekend. Application forms for Baptism are available from the back of the Church or the parish office. Families need to attend a preparation session before the baptism (the next session is Monday 14th July @7pm). Please email the office.
First Friday Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus will be held in the Church this Friday 4th July. It will start at 2.30pm with Rosary, 3pm Divine Mercy Chaplet and Exposition. Mass will be 3.45pm. All are welcome to join us.
There will be 24hours continuous Adoration on Friday 4th July after 9.15am Mass until 10.00am Sat 5th July. If you are able, please sign the clipboard at the back of the Church so that we can be sure that there will always be someone with Our Lord. Adoration also held on Wednesday 10-12 noon and Saturday 10.30-12.30pm
First Saturday Devotions to the Immaculate Heart of Mary On the first Saturday of each month a service will be held immediately after Mass in the Church. Everyone is welcome to join us in prayer next Saturday 5th July.

Padre Pio Prayer Group each Tuesday straight after 9.15am Mass in the Cry Chapel. All welcome to join us in prayer. We especially remember our sick friends and family.
Wednesday Teas Whilst the Coffee Bar is being refurbished there will be no refreshments after Mass. We look forward to meeting again once the work is complete.
Summertime 2025: 6th Aug – 9th Aug: Altar Servers Trip to Westminster Pastoral Centre, £189. For aged 11-16. We commend this excellent residential trip for altar servers and those who regularly attend mass on the weekend. In an event that has now gone on for more than 20 years, it is a few days for deepening one’s catholic faith, in a great social atmosphere, including football, sports and visit to Thorpe Park. Southward Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes There are still a few places available on the pilgrimage, which Southwark makes to Lourdes from 22 to 29 August this year. Lourdes Pilgrimage St Anselm’s Dartford Parish are organizing a pilgrimage to Lourdes from October 27th – 30th at a cost of £399 per person. More information and application forms are available at the back of the Church
Booking Mass Intentions: Envelopes for Masses are available at the back of the Church, write the intention and put the stipend in the envelope and hand to one of the priests or call at the presbytery between 10-2pm if you would like a specific mass. We cannot always allocate a Mass on the date requested as it may have already been booked, however, your Mass may be shared if you wish.
