First Holy Communion Preparation for Children at Non Catholic Schools
Application forms are now available at the back of the Church. Preparation classes start on Saturday 27th September. Please return completed forms to the parish office or hand to one of the Priests before the first session.
Baptism We welcome into our parish family Chloe Gomes, Archie O’Neill and Florence Tuszynski who were baptized this weekend. Application forms for Baptism are available from the back of the Church or the parish office. Families need to attend a preparation session before the baptism (the next session is Monday 8th September @7pm). Please email the office.
RCIA You are welcome to the Catholic Church Are you searching or want to review your faith or may be interested in joining the Catholic community, or wish to be Confirmed. St Paul’s Catholic Church Diamond Jubilee Invitation, Meopham is celebrating 60 years since it was opened. You are warmly invited on the 31st August. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament: Christ is really present in the Blessed Sacrament; come and talk heart to heart with Him, either on Wed 10.00-12 or Sat after 10am Mass until 12.30pm; or 1st Friday 24 hour Adoration.
Mother’s prayer group takes place straight after the 9.15 mass every Friday. You are invited to join us and pray for our children especially.
Padre Pio Prayer Group each Tuesday straight after 9.15am Mass in the Cry Chapel. All welcome to join us in prayer. We especially remember our sick friends and family.
Foodbank Thank you for your donations this month. We collected 103kg for families in need.
Coffee Bar Teas and coffee will be served after 12 noon Mass this Wednesday. Please come along for a friendly chat.
Keep Fit Everyone is welcome to join our gentle exercise class which will take place in the coffee bar each Wednesday. Exercises may be done seated or standing. 30 minutes £3 a session.
International Mass & Thanksgiving for Fr Moses Our Annual International Mass Sunday 21st September 10.30am at St John’s Catholic Comprehensive School. We are blessed with diverse nationalities in our parish. Let us celebrate our fraternity with a very special International Mass. Envelopes are available at the back of the Church for donations to Fr Moses. Please either bring to the International Mass, pop in the collection plate or the parish office.
10.30am Mass that day will be moved to the Comprehensive; there will be no 9.30am Mass at Denton.
Booking Mass Intentions: Envelopes for Masses are available at the back of the Church, write the intention and put the stipend in the envelope and hand to one of the priests or call at the presbytery between 10-2pm if you would like a specific mass. We cannot always allocate a Mass on the date requested as it may have already been booked, however, your Mass may be shared if you wish. Please do not use the Dona Machine. (The Diocese suggest £10 for an intention).
Lourdes Pilgrimage St Anselm’s Dartford Parish are organizing a pilgrimage to Lourdes from October 27th – 30th at a cost of £399 per person. More information and application forms are available at the back of the Church

The Divine Mercy Apostolate London is holding a Celebration of St Faustina Birthday at Aylesford Priory on 26 August 10am to 4:30 pm. The reflection day will include teachings on the Message of Divine Mercy, Holy Mass, Hour of Mercy with Stations of the Cross, Adoration and Benediction and Veneration of the Image of Merciful Jesus. All welcome.

Sick/housebound Please contact the parish office and let us know of neighbours/family members who are unable to come to Church and would like to receive Communion or call 07405803862. We remember in our prayers those who are sick, housebound or in hospital & those who care for them and their families. Please, when on admission in the hospital or care home, volunteer the information of your faith as you won’t be asked ordinarily.
